General Lesson Rules

• No running at any time - your safety is very important to us!
• No diving unless instructed to do so as part of your lesson.
• No food or drinks are allowed in the water & no glass containers at any time.
• No smoking is permitted on the premises during lesson time.
• Swimmers are responsible for bringing their own towel & goggles (if needed).
• All swimmers who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
• All sunblock must be applied to swimmers 15 minutes prior to entering the water. Did you know that it washes right off in the water if you don’t let it set in? Protect your skin and apply ahead of time.
• No floaties allowed - we are here to help your little guppies learn to swim!
• No outside toys allowed - we will provide some toys for use during swim class.
• All swimmers must be present 5 minutes prior to class. However, swimmers are not allowed to enter the water until instructed to do so by the teacher - we do not provide a lifeguard on duty. We will monitor all children during class time only.
• Please be prepared to start and end on time so we can meet our committed times to other families.
• All swimmers under the age of 2 must be accompanied by a supervised adult listed on the safety registration card upon enrollment.
• All payments must be made prior to the start of the first lesson. Once payments are received, no refunds will be processed.
• Swimmers are not automatically re-enrolled into a continuation period. It is the family’s responsibility to arrange for continued lessons should you choose to do so.
• Photos will be taken periodically for use on our Instagram page, Facebook page, Website and/or other advertising purposes. Please let us know ahead of time if you do not wish to participate and we will gladly respect your wishes.
• All swim instructors reserve the right to refuse service to any swimmer who is (or who’s family is) disruptive to class and/or other families. No refund will be provided in such cases.

 Cancellation Policies:

If a lesson is canceled due to weather (thunderstorms), a make-up lesson will be provided. If there are no make-up lesson spots available, a credit or refund will be issued.

If you cancel a lesson due to personal reasons, a make-up lesson will only be provided if I have an opening.  My schedule stays full, but I will do my best to provide a make-up lesson if possible. A make-up lesson is not guaranteed in these circumstances and refunds will not be issued.
